  Originally published in 1982 by Adlerian Psychology Association of British Columbia; republished in 1999 by the Adler School of Professional Psychology (Chicago),  & latest publication is 2005. This book has had many printings and has been translated into Bulgarian, Czech, German, Greek, Hebrew, Lithuanian, and Russian.
